Wuxi Dongrichang Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded on the basis of Wuxi Daqiao Bearing Forging Co., ltd. Located in Shuofang Industrial Park, the company enjoys the convenient transport and advantageous geographic location: backing on Shuofang Airport and 5km away from Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway.
     With an area of 35,000m³and more than 400 employees including a group of high-quality technicians, the company is divided into forging manufacturing Dept., vehicle part manufacturing Dept., heat treatment production Dept., quality testing center, technology development Dept., etc. In these 20 years, it engages in the forging, annealing, lathe processing and heat treatment of bearing rings and various rings. Its products mainly include “0” type, “2” type, “3” type, “7” type, rolling mill bearings, joint bearings, railway bearings and various large special bearings & rings.
      Among the 5 forging lines of its forging manufacturing Department, there are 3 medium frequency heating lines: 350KW medium frequency small line, 500KW medium frequency medium line and 500KW medium frequency medium sleeve line. They are all equipped with Siemens temperature control software and computer control temperature measurement system for real time recording of material temperature, low temperature & excess temperature alarm and sorting system to avoid overheating. Moreover, large line and large sleeve line are heated by natural gas and equipped with computer automatic temperature control natural gas forging furnace, 1,000Kg pneumatic hammer and φ800mm widened broking machine. Therefore, it can process the large collar with a diameter of φ1200mm, a width of 280mm and a weight of 200Kg. Now as the biggest bearing-forging factory in East China, the company has an annual capacity of 20,000T forgings.
　　 The vehicle parts manufacturing Department has more than 80 new bearing vehicle processing equipments including 5 digital control lathes and forms a monthly capacity of 20,000 work hours. The heat treatment production department possesses 3pusher isothermal annealing furnaces with an annual capacity of10, 000 tons. Its RCWG9 roller mesh-belt controlled atmosphere tempering automatic production line can control the carbon potential quenching for bearing ring with even hardness, small distortion, zero decarbonization, bright surface and stable quality. With an annual capacity of 3,000t, the production line can conduct bearing steel carbonitriding, martensite stress quenching, nitriding, carburizing and other special heat treatments according to clients' requirements.
The quality-testing center has more than 20 sets of large 1,000-time metallurgical microscope, digital image analyzer, spectrum analyzer and various inspection parts instruments. It conducts test on both raw material and parts dimension of metallurgical structure testing center and offers eligible products to meet various needs of clients according to national standard and international standard SEP1520.
